Integrated Power Systems, or IPS, (www.cdtechnopwr.com) previously had been a standalone business owned by C&D Technologies Inc. IPS designs and manufactures DC Power Systems, which provide both primary and back-up power for Utility and Telecom applications. IPS is headquartered in Dunlap, Tennessee.
Unipower, LLC (www.unipowerco.com) provides best-in-class power solutions for Networking/Telecom and highly demanding Industrial applications and has an installed base of more than 500,000 power products delivered to world-class companies in North America, South and Central America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Unipower has acquired and integrated well-known and established companies in the power business such as Deltron, Technipower, Power Solutions and Universal Voltronics.
