BOSTON, MA — Dunn Rush & Co. LLC is pleased to announce the recent closing of the acquisition of Total Control Solutions, Inc. (“TCS”) by Comark, LLC, a portfolio company of JMC Capital Partners, LLC.  Dunn Rush & Co. served as financial advisor to Comark and JMC in the transaction.

Total Control Solutions (www.totalcontrolsolutions.com) builds Embedded and Industrial computers and LCDs for a wide array of applications, from industrial automation to interactive customer kiosks. The company offers both complete engineered-to-order computing solutions as well as standard off-the-shelf computers and LCDs. TCS was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Corcoran, Minnesota.

Comark, LLC (www.comarkcorp.com), is a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance HMI products and systems.  HMI systems serve as the user interface for operators to control and monitor manufacturing processes and systems.
